In joining the Quality Search Recruiting Team, Colleen Killen brings 15 plus years of experience in all areas of business management, specializing in financial planning, organizational development and human resources. Colleen has held various management positions at a number of diverse entrepreneurial firms.  Previous to her role as a recruiter, Colleen most recently worked with PTIS, where she maintains a relationship.  Before that, she worked as the Director of Operations at The Arbor Strategy Group, a management consulting firm that specialized in providing strategic innovation insights to firms in the CPG industry. Colleen has experience as an independent consultant, providing financial analysis and strategic planning to small businesses to ensure long-term successful sustainable growth.  She also has significant experience in the advertising arena from her tenure as controller at Color Forms, Inc..  She holds a BSA in Business in Administration from the University of Michigan and earned her MBA from Eastern Michigan University, graduating Magna Cum Laude!  She also is a certified coach from Coach University.  In 2006, Colleen was recognized with The Golden Key Award presented by TEC (The Executive Committee) of Detroit.   In 2007, she was honored as a finalist for CFO of the year in Crain’s Communications.  We are fortunate to have Colleen as the newest member of the Quality Search team!
