*      Managing all aspects of capital project associated with finishing area (22MM ) at the Swidnica, Poland Greenfield site that are associated with the production of Oral Care products.

§          Managed and performed conceptual and detailed engineering for the finishing area design, layouts, controls, product supply system, COP support system and room design.
§          Managed new equipment sourcing, specification, FAT & SAT testing, installation, start up, personnel training, and IQ, OQ,  PQ Process Validation. Led company and outside contractor teams of up to 20 people.
