“Creative Product/Package Development - Consumer Products:" Rob Jack is a 24 year veteran in the area of innovative and creative product development through commercialization for the consumer packaged goods industry. Rob has extensive experience in optimizing and/or integrating a wide array of packaging material formats with packaging equipment to deliver a total solution. Rob's unique capability includes his ability to review a program in its early development stage and to efficiently help identify potential program risks and optimal mitigations. In addition, Rob has extensive experience in managing engineers directly or leading as a program manager and collaborating with different functional groups on new product launches and/or cost reduction opportunities. Prior to Rob starting his own consulting business called R2 Design Lab, he led and was the Director of Packaging Commercialization for Diageo NAM over 11 years. Rob has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Illinois at Urbana. Rob is responsible for several utility & design patents and trademarks. Rob enjoys fulfilling a portion of his available time with his family, supporting volunteer opportunities and being an artist.
