| Our client is a Successful, growing company that
provides Fortune 500 customers with flexible packaging solutions for consumer products. Details are as
follows:
Position: Quality Control Manager
The Quality Control Manager will be based in the Midwest
with a printing company. They will have held Kaizen events, and will provide a history of progressive leadership.
He, or she will have relevant experience as a control manager with strong Lean or Six Sigma skills and demonstrated
experience. In addition they will perform trouble shooting, analysis of production issues, standard work
evaluation, and training will be part of this person’s day-to-day. Customer contact will be required
with a responsibility to exceed customer expectations for response to quality issues.

| Requirements: |
| Role Requires:
BS in Packaging or Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related equivalent discipline required.
Experience: 2 Plus Years
minimum of experience, along with strong Lean or Six Sigma skills and demonstrated
experience. Should have good “lean” implementation skills and the
ability to work with operations, customers, purchasing, etc. MS
Office products knowledge along with Lean training, good communication skills and ability to multi-task and work quickly and
independently a must. Some travel required |
