growth has resulted in the need for a senior Engineering Professional at the Director level.
Position: Senior Director of Engineering/Maintenance/Facilities
· Leads the Engineering team to work with the go to market team to develop processing and packaging solutions
that meet the defined needs and minimize costs. This will include processing and packaging development
and floor automation.
· Works very closely with cross functional teams across multiple locations and departments including,
marketing, sales, operations, logistics, accounting, finance, and information systems to bring new products to market and
reduce processing and packaging costs. Carry out deliverables assigned to support the team goals.

Plans and directs all aspects of engineering
activities within the client’s organization.
· Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's
established policies and objectives.
· Oversees the maintenance, facilities and engineering departments at the client’s
facility.
· Negotiates with vendors on parts, equipment, tools, machinery, etc…
