Position: The Project
Engineering Manager-Packaging will plan and direct project management activities within
the organization and ensure all initiatives and processes conform to established policies and objectives. He, or she,
will assist the Director in being SME on Packaging Material decisions. The role is part of the Corporate Engineering
team located at its largest plant in Virginia which has more than 500 employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist multiple facilities in project management for
the development of new and revised packaging materials (bottles, caps, labels, corrugated, cartons, etc.).
Assist in the development of capital expenditures
by reviewing and approving requests.
· Project administration - participate in the initial project development, roles and responsibilities,
goal setting, cost review, work breakdown structure, resources plan.
· Assist with change control.
· Regulatory and environmental requirements - provide guidance and advice to local implementation
teams and business units.

Assist in standardization - develop and implement
a consistent and standardized process of managing projects.
